I have been suffering from fibromyalgia and this yoga workout is just perfect relief to my muscles` pain. Thank you so much. can I ask how do you keep your wrists from killing you? every time I attempt to follow along with you I have to stop because the pain in my wrists is too much to handle. What am I doing wrong?
Amazing yoga practice. I have done it only two times and I feel incredible. But one thing, it would be better if you give 1 or 2 minutes for rest during these exercises, it will help to recover and do the rest of work out more efficiently. Thank you very much guys. You are the best!
