  1. I have been suffering from fibromyalgia and this yoga workout is just perfect relief to my muscles` pain. Thank you so much. I wonder how many people out there suffer from this illness but if you have any more yoga sequences targeting fibromyalgia ahh that would be life saving !!! Kisses from Poland

  2. Amazing yoga practice. I have done it only two times and I feel incredible. But one thing, it would be better if you give 1 or 2 minutes for rest during these exercises, it will help to recover and do the rest of work out more efficiently. Thank you very much guys. You are the best!
