  1. There are a lot of complaints about how much instruction Joy gives throughout the video. This is a video for beginners, and she is very informative and helpful for someone that might be diving into yoga for their first time. For all you complaining about needing relaxation yoga and silence, you are A. Probably past beginner stage. B. On a site where there are MILLIONS of other videos. C. Totally defeating any meditational purpose by bitching about something YOU don't have to be a part of. Good vibes people.
    I would also like to add that this video would be fantastic for any visually impaired beginners, children, teens, or anyone else who can benefit from yoga but needs to start in a sitting type position.
    Thank you Joy for being considerate of the true beginners. The beautiful people of the world that can be discouraged when they fail. Thanks.

  2. here's several suggestions for using yoga reduce weight
    Find a suitable program locally or online and stick to it
    Do yoga with a colleague so you have another person to help you
    (I discovered these and the reasons they work from Yaras yoga tactics website )

  3. thank you for this 🙂 I'm on a holiday trip for a week and forgot my workout clothes so i cant go to the gym and it really bummed me out but doing this makes me feel better. it was over before I knew it!
