  1. Hey Tim, the videos you create are always amazing. Any poses or tips for increasing your upper body strength and I have a one leg that is dominant than the other so when I have to raise the leg I can't raise it farther than I would like. Also where do you get the clothing that you wear in the video because it looks really comfy and I don't want my knees to burn in certain poses. Thanks

  2. I love how descriptive and clear your voice is! so many instructors rely on the visual of the video- but when you're in position and focusing on your own body it's distracting to keep looking up!

  3. Hi Tim , you are awesome i started to do your exercises few weeks ago. Actually i have a problem about inelasticity of my back muscles and many chronic pains caused by that because years of "wrong" fitness training experience, 2 months ago i started also boxing and it requires extremely flexible spine muscles so which video or exercise expecially would you recommend for me and for supporting martial arts training?

  4. your stuff tim is amazing, i have been combining your yoga classes after resistance training and my results from both have far exceeded my expectations. Thank you and much support form me.

  5. Tim another great video. Thank you so much. I had one question though. While I was in my back arching towards a felt a little pull in my left knee so I released the stretch.

Do you have a video focused on leg stretch?

Again thank you for the great videos.

  6. Another great video. I have request, that could seem a little weird, because you are a male teacher. When I get my period I have always problems, because I do know know which yoga asanas are good for that time of the month and which are not allowed or recommended. I would like to have strong practice, not just regenerative with lost of rest, but I'm afraid to force it too much just on my own. So to conclude, I'm asking you to do one video for yoga practice when menstruating. And thank you again for all the wonderful videos.

  7. Pretty new around here and new to yoga but liking the videos a lot. Quick question, I'm a pretty serious cyclist and spend a lot of hours a week in the saddle, are there any types of yoga you think would better suit me? Or is yoga in general good enough for just about anything? Also, just out of curiosity, how long have you been doing yoga? Thanks!

  8. Hey Tim – loving your videos, using them to supplement a weekly ashtanga class + gym workouts.  Would love a vinyasa flow for gym-goers to help stretch tight shoulders and hamstrings and possibly target underused muscles to prevent injuries?

  9. Hello Tim. I regularly take three classes of Iyengar per week and the other four days I practice on my own. Your videos are really helpful. Should I take just one of them at the time? How long should each practice on my own last? Half an hour? An hour? Thanks in advance. JM

  10. Another nice practice, Tim, thank you! How is this helpful for strength? While I was expecting one that would really push me, I found this a fairly soft practice. Still nice, but unexpected.
