i've been doing this everyday with a skip or two for the past couple wks or so and every time i connect with something new. "find upward dog" in the position where one hand is thrusted into the air just came through. otherwise it was one of those things she says that goes over my head but as you repeat the practice it starts to slow down for you.
I m so confused with this flow. I have trouble with my left and right so I was feeling all the time. Fuck I am doing the right side. I feel I did the same side 3 times. So confused :s
