  1. These are a nice set of videos.  I really liked the pair working together.  Very relaxing voice and instruction.  Good pace to begin with.  I have saved to my yoga list for later use. 

  2. would you consider adding a third person who has difficulty with some of these poses due to weight, to show how it looks and optional poses? i enjoy your videos and due to my health, i use this video and other 'relaxing' ones as my 'exercise' for the day. believe it our not, i sweat. and the streching feels so good on my very sedentary body. 

  3. Meera, Katrina firstly you ladies are absolutely BEAUTIFUL! <3 secondly any outfit works for you two! and this is my first yoga experience and I will forever add this wonderful practice into my everyday life!

  4. I'm afraid that balancing on one leg is a lost cause for me, but I've got the relaxing part at the end down to a "T"!  As usual, Meera and Katrina, I thoroughly enjoyed this video.  If I were any more relaxed, I'd ooze right out of my chair!  🙂
