  1. Her back pain videos are usually miracles for me, but this one is definitely not good for people who's back pain is triggered by sitting on the ground for more than a few minutes

  2. Couldn't do anything as my hips are way too tight. No variations and none of the poses work as I can't open my legs wide. Sorry, had to turn off and looked for another class. Love your other sequences though

  5. 3 days ago, I have a very painful back pain that makes me cannot bend. I follow your instructions and do the 30 minutes yoga, feel so good, I sleep faster, and my posture was better than before. I kept doing it and only today I don't feel the pain anymore. thanks a lot! Namaste

I started doing your videos the first month of my practices in January of 2017; even though I have moved on to other teachers and resources, I haven't stopped doing Yoga a single day (nearly) since; and am up to comfortable headstands, and longer regular asanas and still working getting my handstands away from the wall. Thank you so much for being there in the beginning with me! It's been quite a year of growth and it's a part of my life I wouldn't want to give up! And when I begin my Yoga teaching training it will be one of transformation as well! Keep up the good work.
