  2. I'm so grateful for the time and energy you put into sharing everything you've learned. I've bought your Jounrey training online and it has totally change my own practice. As I am beginning to teach, I also share these organic movements which stimulate the inner energy flow. it is wonderful and has given wonderful moments – especially when shared with my students. The greatest gift was this morning, when a new student of mine told me the class brought her back to yoga. Thank you <3 Namaste
