  2. Maris this was tough at parts but I feel so relaxed and tranquil at the end. People think that fast-moving means challenge and "power". But it's tough to slow it down, too like in this vid. It's amazing how during the strong poses you are so calm and smiley! Namaste.

This video is suitable for those with a regular practice, or even those who are in the process of familiarizing themselves with a steady practice.
