  2. I always watch my yoga videos before I do them and I'm really looking forward to doing this tomorrow. Never done full pigeon but I'll give it a go. I love my yoga teacher but I find I get to explore a lot more in my home practice. There's yourself and 4 others that I watch and do their practices. In the 4 years I have been practicing I've learned more this summer because I've allowed myself to try more challenging postures. I'm aware of my limitations but how am I going to go further if I don't challenge myself? I've definitely done a lot more yin and restorative practices and I've gone from hating seated forward bend to being able to grab my feet! I still do 2 or 4 sun then 2 or 4 moon salutations at the start no matter what practice I'm doing. Thank you so much for this great practice, I really appreciate the hard work and effort you put in to making these videos. Much love and namaste ? ? ? ? ?
