  1. Have been practicing with you (almost every day) since June 2016, right after I graduated from secondary school, and I am so, so excited to go on this journey with the community. This year will be the year where I apply to university and this is the ultimate way for me to begin this very exciting year. Yesterday my father asked if he could join me for a YWA video, and now he wants to join me on this 30 day journey, all thanks to you. Thank you Adriene for the love, laughs, tears and strength you give all of us. We love you. Love from Sweden.

My daughter, who lives in Austin, TX, I live in Spokane, WA, introduced me to Yoga With Adriene in December on one of my visits to Austin (which is a great city BTW!) as she knows I love exercising – all types, but in particular yoga, pilates, running, cycling, etc. I checked out your videos and immediately was hooked!  I have shared Yoga With Adriene with a couple of my friends, one already knew and loved your Yoga sessions and now there is one more who had no knowledge of Yoga With Adriene, she signed on today!  YEAH!  I am looking forward to the 30 day yoga journey to help me get centered and back on track with my daily exercising. Oh, and also to get my mind on something other than politics!  I need some peace in my life. Thank you for your wonderful yoga sessions and encouraging presentations.  It is so easy to follow your guidance to the yoga positions.  I am ready to get started!!

  3. I'm coming back! I'm starting this series in February, but I'm committing to do yoga every day for the rest of this year. No matter what. I already know that yoga is amazing for me and I love it so no more talking, time to do it. c:

  4. I've been practicing with you for several months now and somehow missed this. I think this 30 day practice is finding me at the right time though and I cannot wait to start tomorrow.

As I've been traveling throughout Jan (San Francisco, Amsterdam, Edinburgh) and my days were rather unpredictable, I decided to start the 30-Days on Feb 1 when I'll be home again here in drought-stricken Cape Town. Word so far is that our taps will go dry mid-April ? I'm excited to get back into a (nearly) daily yoga practice!

  6. Hi from France ! I discovered you a long time ago when I was searching yoga for bedtime, but sadly since then, I did not continue learning with you. Now I'm getting interested in starting yoga for good, and I had a question for this serie. When do you think is the bed time to do this yoga series ? I am currently following a sport training, so I was thinking to do yoga before going to sleep when I exercise in the morning, and in the morning when I have to rest. What do you think about it ? (I hope that's understandable)

  7. Yo Adriene! I'm back 🙂 I did YWA for a couple of years and got so super busy with work and an extremely long commute…..and long story short…lower back pain got me back! I've missed you so much and I'll never leave again! And super stoked to see 3 MILLION SUBSCRIBERS! Holy Cow! Congrats!

  8. Just joining! A little late on the YOGA train, but, Hello, my name is Amber, I am from a very small, rural area in East Tennessee (Hey Ya'll!) I have done YOGA here and there, but am feeling extra in need post giving birth to a beautiful baby boy in September. Since there are no YOGA studios nearby (at least an hour drive to nearest), and I now have a precious sidekick, I googled "at home YOGA on Youtube, and the lovely Adrienne popped up! I'm excited for this 30 day journey, even if I am late! Namaste, Ya'll.

  10. And, this helped me relax, and more, It's my first day starting. Well, I've done yoga before, by watching you. This helped me relax and im gonna do I until I go to sleep. Btw, I have already subscribed. Btw #2, you're the best yoga youtube teacher thing ever! I have a question, do we need our hair up, or can we do whatever we want? Whats best?
    I must do this every day, this relaxes me, strengthens me, and makes my legs fall asleep. I've already done this but, I'm doing it again. My sister says I have to stop doing this every day, but I won't. I'll never stop!

  13. Hey Adriene and community! I'm from N. California and am excited to re-ignite my yoga practice with this 30 day journey. I used to teach but haven't done any physical asana for over a year and my body is feeling it. I'm looking forward to getting back to the flexibility I had in my photo from 3 years ago! And I've been off my meditation practice also so I'm excited to get back to that. Now that I'm back in college a home practice fits my schedule. You're a great teacher. I'm looking forward to practicing with you even though I'm late in joining. Much love <3

  14. Can I do this pregnant (7 months) if I make the obvious modifications? I've gotten so used to practicing with you that I just don’t enjoy any of the prenatal yogis out there. I’ve found myself looking for reasons not to practice, even though now is when I probably need it the most!
