I love Strava for cycling or walking and I have Fit Cloud that works with my wrist worn cheap Chinese fitness tracker. I do not like Google Fit, as it does not integrate with my bluetooth heart rate chest strap or fitness tracker band. What I would love is for more integration between our devices and applications. They all operate on our smartphones at the same time, it is sad that they can't all share data, display, heart rate, calorie burn, blood oxygen and more.
I actually love this brain training game “nonu amazing only” (Google it)! My focus and memory could develop by taking part in these games since they`re really tricky. Funny matter was, the whole household ended up having fun with this game, and moving my phone around!
I've tried a few like Noom and others and settled on Samsung S Health. I've got over 2 years of data in that app now. It must be working cuz I'm still alive hehe I'm managing well actually. I could do better though.

Most of these apps are highly priced subscription-services. It would have been good, if this video had clarified that fact.

I was always a little old school in that I carried a pen and notepad around the gym.
