  1. I so needed this thank you love. I could not do the hero pose, hurt my knees to much because of the bend. I wend higher with the blocks. Worked a little but better but still.. i did a nice psoas stretch instead.. thanks!

  2. Currently having a flare up and was so happy to see this video! I couldn't hold the reclined hero pose, my back was hurting and felt unsupported, but maybe because I was using pillows and not a bolster? I just went into child's pose during that long hold! Thank you for sharing what you are learning! This was great after a long day on my feet with back pain.

  3. Thank you sooo much Allie, I really need this. Some postures definetly made my pain worse, but you know how sometimes it feels good just putting the pressure on it? I need a bolster badly, just used a very firm pillow for the postures but don't think it's as good a the bolster! That last posture was awesome, I didn't want to come back, I love it when I feel NO pain! Love you Allie
