  1. Ugh, no. Just no. Found this uncomfortable and unhelpful. All the up/down in the beginning did not feel good for my dizziness or nausea. Too many weird, half-pose/half-nothing. Stopped at 10m.

  2. I have had 2 miscarriages. We are currently trying again. I went ahead and started using this video to help prepare my body for a baby. I'm glad I did. Some of the poses are very difficult for a beginner. This way I can get them down before I become pregnant. looking forward to following you throughout this journey

  3. I liked this peaceful, simple video 🙂 I've been a fan of your videos for years so it only seemed natural to try a prenatal one now that I'm pregnant. I'm looking forward to the 2nd and 3rd trimester videos once I reach those stages 😀

  4. why do all yoga teachers talk with that whispery sex phone line girl voice… it gives me goosebumps. wanted to follow but need to find a normal women with a firm normal voice.. not easy in the yoga world!

  5. Thanks for this video !

I am 8 weeks pregnant and has had up to 6 misscarriages previously. So i am very stressed as i already had several misscariage scares with that pregnancy.

Your prenatal yoga exercises really calm me down and is a time to release the stress while connecting with the baby.

    Thanks again

  7. This is amazing! I lost my last baby at 8 weeks. I have PCOS so miscarriage rate is high for me. I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and praying for success. Your video really helps me to unwind and not stress. Thank you!

  8. I just can't make myself to pretend my flat belly is a baby 🙂 It's a little bit early for that visualisiation for me… it just doesn't feel right at this moment.

  9. I did not get much out of this video. My neck hurts from craning it round to follow the video, so much the opposite of help. The mystical whispering does not help either, just means that as you cannot hear, you have to crane your neck more. The commentary was no help to me personally, really. I was going for a more down to earth, practical, well explained, well laid out video, but there is no indication to help gauge this before going in.

  10. Thank you very much for this yoga lesson! I loved it a lot! I've never done yoga before. I feel great now! Will definitely follow your channel and watch other videos.

  11. I'm in the last week of my first trimester, and I've never done yoga before but I read that prenatal yoga can be very relaxing, as well as good low-impact exercise during pregnancy. I was just wondering if it's necessary to start off with the 1st trimester video and build up to the last one, or can I just begin with the 2nd trimester video that you have? Does it get more difficult?

  12. If you’re browsing the web for prenatal yoga tips or videos, Congratulations! You are embarking on one of life’s most rewarding journeys.
