  1. Thank you, Andrea! My baby will be two months tomorrow and I am slowly coming back to exercising and doing yoga. I really enjoyed this routing with clear guidance. I would hold the stretches a bit longer since they feel so good. God bless you!

  2. Thanks! I liked the simplicity of the warriors and although I would have loved to stay in the cool down postures longer the pace was perfect to complete the class before my baby wakes up from his nap.
