  3. I liked your practice. It was well thought out with a great deal of attention to common problem areas during pregnancy. I'm going to use some of your vinyasas in the private I have with a friend's daughter who is in her second trimester and wants to continue her yoga practice. By the way, you looked great. I hope you had a wonderful birth and a happy, healthy child.

  4. I did yoga before however, I quit for around 4 months and now I come back. While I practice yoga, I found out that I'm pregnant for 5 weeks.
    Can i practice this prenatal yoga? And how often per week should I practice?
