  1. I got to day 20 in the 30 challenge and ended up in a wreck. I was unable to make time due to not getting a break from work. how ever in the month absence of this my whole body felt it. after the wreck my neck and back hurt so bad and became very stiff. i was rear ended in a car that was stopped by a truck going 50mph. I'm currently restarting the 30 day Challenge and it's slowly working out the tension ! I personally want to thank you for making this avalible. It has helped me in so many ways both mental and physical. Thank you!

  2. Hi, Leslie – just tried your intro to Ashtanga Yoga at the suggestion of my PT Doc & it was great! Thank you for making this so accessible. Two things – I may be missing it, but where is the donation button? And the dog food ads are still showing up in the middle of the lesson – thanks again!!

  3. Hello, I am a pole dancer and lack flexibility. I have poling for 4 years and need to work on getting splits and back bends and scorpios. Im hoping your videos will help but i dont know where to start and weather to do different videos every day. Xx

  4. Hi Mrs. Fightmaster! I want to thank you for uploading free yoga workouts. I'm currently recovering from exercise bulimia, I lost my period and felt dizzy doing hours of HIIT cardio everyday! I love following your video, your way of teaching is very uplifting! Looking forward to recovery and gaining strength and inner peace thru practicing. I hope I can meet you in person someday and attend a workshop of yours! It would be such an honor! Your truly a beautiful soul! Do you think practicing everyday would be okay? an hour per day perhaps? Can you recommend a good yoga book? Namaste! 😀
