  1. Such a great class! I live in Buenos Aires and practice on my rooftop. Today's practice came after a long weekend of eating, drinking and relaxing at the ocean. The vigorous class was a welcome change of pace! I really like your attention to wrists and your pacing — great for someone who just wants to get straight into it!

  5. This is the absolute best 30 minute yoga workout for my needs. I was looking for something that's not too fast but mindfully focuses on strengthening the major muscle groups. Thank you, Maris! I'm a huge fan.
