  1. I have been following you little over a month….new to yoga (with double lumbar fusion )
    i have dropped 15 lbs , my belly bloat is gone, my range of motion and flexibility has improved alot!
    my PT guy has noticed a major difference!
    and to top it off my stress level living in NYC has dropped and I'm sleeping 8 hours a night again!

  5. Day 2, not skipping, although I had to go to physiotherapist. Feels good. 🙂 Not skipping day 3. Will try it do it on a morning. Thank you very much for introducing me to yoga. I already like Yin and Kundalini parts! 🙂
