  2. First, the movements to hold for yoga are too long. Second to hold these movements for 2-3 minutes are not effective in Yoga because they become hurtful and in Yoga you not supposed to hurt. So, your video is too long!

  3. Love these videos but I’m disappointed in Brett for propagating the myth that our bodies are somehow toxic and can be detoxified through yoga. There is virtually no research supporting this, and there’s a wide range of benefits that yoga is scientifically proven to have. Why not name this something more accurate and responsible, like yoga for clearing your mind or yoga with twists?

  4. Loved this!! I like to alternate Vinyasa and Kundalini throughout the week, while on Sundays I make myself rest with Yin (not my favorite style but needed). Actually you inspired me to bring my journal to the mat for my Yin practice so I won’t be thinking about how being bored in a pose, lol! Love how you mixed it up! May the long time sun shine upon you, all the love surround you, and the pure light within you guide your way on! Sat Nam!!

  5. That was just so wonderful, Brett! I did ujjai breath during the warrior pose in the end as it just helps me to breath deeper…hope that's ok…but wow, what a lovely practice! Thanks so much!!!

  6. This really helped me center myselfe today! I was really hesitant at first because i havent practised in so long, due to a knee injury. However I decided to let go of my fear and try! I admit i did far from good an Im quite stiff, but I did it ??? thank you Brett for a Lovely and inspiring channel! Joining the 21days for sure! and if any of them is not to good for my knee i know i can do this one instead! ?

  8. What a great practice!  Thank you for all you do, Brett!  You make quality yoga practices accessible for a small town girl in North Dakota.  Next on my to-do list: order the Uplifted Yoga Journal.  You've inspired me to make 2018 my best year yet!

  9. Parts of this were such a challenge because I had a hard time focusing. Kids make it hard to stay focused sometimes, But I was able to stick with and feel much better now.
