Perfect timing on this video Tim. It was a very long and intense day at work so this was the best way to loosen once I got home. I already feel a difference not only in my lower back but my upper back as well. I will definitely be revisiting this video.
I have been enjoying the 30 day yoga with Tim as I like to revisit foundational poses every now and then. I have 2 questions. The first is how much repetitive motions such as sun salutations can wreak damage on the joints, and the second is I feel that too much emphasis on core and alignment and not on softness when performing the yoga poses.

As you said, it got really bad during the holidays, because I spent too much time relaxing on my back-killer sofa. Not even doing yoga every day has been helping to completely relieve the pain. I'm ashamed to admit that I haven't been on the mat for 4 weeks!! I have spinal stenosis so I'm looking forward to doing this practice. I will be going to day 1 and starting at the beginning but I'll be doing this tomorrow. You're such an excellent teacher, very indepth and informative about what the muscles are doing and how to get the best out of the practice.
