  1. Excellent stretch. I went for a run last night and apparently my muscles were a bit tighter than usual (I found out during the video) – so this was spot on and I'm ready for a new day? Have a great day ?

  2. Perfect timing on this video Tim. It was a very long and intense day at work so this was the best way to loosen once I got home. I already feel a difference not only in my lower back but my upper back as well. I will definitely be revisiting this video.

  3. I have been enjoying the 30 day yoga with Tim as I like to revisit foundational poses every now and then. I have 2 questions. The first is how much repetitive motions such as sun salutations can wreak damage on the joints, and the second is I feel that too much emphasis on core and alignment and not on softness when performing the yoga poses.

  5. I hold tension in my neck and hips. So this was helpful. I’ve had severe back issues in the past but having started following you on YouTube three years ago I have greater mobility and zero back pain. Thanks.

  6. Hi Tim. It couldn't have been better timing, actually I believe you've heart my prayers for back pain relief help last night!
    As you said, it got really bad during the holidays, because I spent too much time relaxing on my back-killer sofa. Not even doing yoga every day has been helping to completely relieve the pain. So thank you so much for this video!

  8. Just what I needed! I have very inflexible hamstrings, and my lower back is stiff. So great session! Also, I enjoy all of Tim’s helpers throughout this challenge, but I still prefer the practice when it is just Tim doing the Yoga. Thank you Tim!

  9. I'm ashamed to admit that I haven't been on the mat for 4 weeks!! I have spinal stenosis so I'm looking forward to doing this practice. I will be going to day 1 and starting at the beginning but I'll be doing this tomorrow. You're such an excellent teacher, very indepth and informative about what the muscles are doing and how to get the best out of the practice. Good to see your shoulder has healed, much love, namaste ? ? ? ? ?
