  1. I started today 2/3/2018 🙂 I have noticed some pain on the shoulders on certain positions and some trembling of arms, belly area and sometimes feet. Will that improve over time with the course? Also even from the first day I can feel some relieve in my back and neck so I can't wait for a day with back yoga. Thank you so much for the time, effort and love you have put in this course. I love you and I am really grateful <3

  2. Its been way too long since i did yoga and I just started today with your video. Just want to say a huge thank you for posting this. I will be doing the full 30 days and will make it a life time practice from this day onwards. Peace to you ✌?‍♀️?

  3. Hey you. ive never tried yoga before, so im looking forward to doing it for 30 days. hopefully it will help with some personal problems i have, and open my mind to doing more positive activities and better myself. thanks a lot Adriene !

  4. I want to say thank you so much it’s an amazing video when I started I couldn’t even lift my legs or arms because of a terrible accident I had it had literally taken away my stiffness and I can move better now I can’t thank you enough
