  1. Hi there….I’m a petite framed lady of 5 foot but weighing 14.5 stone…..I’m so pleasantly surprised I could manage this class but I’m really struggling with the downward dog poses on my wrists as they are tiny and have limited range of movement due to old injuries and some arthritis. Is there a modification for downward dog that maybe isn’t so strong on wrists? Any advice appreciated as I’m loving the class.
    Thanks
    Tess

  2. As a novice, there were a lot of things I liked about your video. Mostly showing the modifications and the suggestion to watch it through before trying. That's something I do, anyway, to make sure it's appropriate for my level and also so I'm not craning my neck trying to follow along.
I look forward to utilizing this and other of your videos.

  3. I loved this! Thanks so much Donna. I've been practicing for 4 years and I love learning new ways to use my props and it's the longest video I've done without getting bored! Much love, namaste ? ? ? ? ?

  4. I've just finished this routine and am now so chilled out I can hardly be bothered to type!! But I wanted to say a big thank you for posting this video. Many years ago (and many stones lighter ago) I practised yoga on the daily. I've been trying to get back into it, as much for the mental and emotional benefits as well as the physical. But a lot of what is out there isn't so suitable for less bendy or heavier bodies. This was just perfect though.
I live too far away from London to benefit from classes…any chance of some more online routines?

  5. I have a goal to try to do yoga 15-30 minutes day for at least 2-3 times per week. Most videos I try and quit because I get discourages easily. This video was easy to follow and kept me motivated. It also showed me how to use my blocks. I also like that you show modifications. Thank you! I will continue to use your videos to work toward my goal. I am using yoga as a way to control my diabetes and junk food cravings.

  6. I went to begin a 30 day challenge and discovered my body has gotten so I tight I couldn't do anything in the first 10 min of the video. Found myself frustrated and crying. Then I came across your video and – aside from a pose I couldn't do because of an ankle injury – I was able to complete the whole thing. Thank you so much for taking the time to do this <3

  7. I honestly can't thank you enough for this video. It's exactly what I've been looking for. I am a super curvy girl and suffer from several illnesses. I really want to get into yoga so my joints get a good stretch, as my mobility is rubbish at times. The modifications are amazing and I can't wait to start trying this routine. Thank you for understanding that us big girls have just as much right to do yoga. I am truly grateful
