  1. We often search elsewhere for people to hold us accountable but what if we could cultivate that accountability from within?

How many times have you looked back in life and noticed how many dark struggles turned out to actually be blessings? When the going get’s tough, what if you were to have the practice of staying with the sensation, rather than jumping on the urge to run away?

It is the tough times that shape and mold us too, you know.

    LOVE YOU!

  2. Adriene, how is Benji so calm? I tried doing Yoga with my Dog this morning so he doesn't have to be alone, but he walked all over me when I was laying down and kept licking my face and palms (he also ways 60 pounds). So please let us in on your Doggie-Secret! Love you and your spirit and your channel!!

  3. Thanks for inspiring self-love and personal responsibility! You showed me a new side of yoga that can be fun and carefree. The past 2 years of being your "apprentice" have taught me volumes ! Much love!

p.s. when benji held your hand! omg precious

  4. After TRUE, after this self discipline practice, I feel that I have arrived. And I have been reunited with my body. On the mat just now, I am no longer just a witness to the aches, stiffness, crooked toes and puffy belly and arms. The real me is the strength and energy and joy within. Thank you for this journey, Adriene and the entire YWA experience! ?

  5. I definitely feel stronger going from a weekly to a daily practice since last autumn. My hips don't seem to be made to allow me to step forward from DFD to a lunge but hey, we can't have it all! I'm working on it!

  6. Tried Crow pose, nearly didn't but in keeping with the theme I stuck with it. Very briefly and nearly face planted (so need to work on my control!) But I nearly flew! I giggled so much, it was a fabulous practice. My Yoga was Adriene journey has made an impact and it has been noted off the mat. Thank you x

  7. Adriene! Thank you so much for sharing this Yoga flow!! That was exactly what I have been needing. I did the True 30 day Yoga challenge, and it is great, however this self discipline Yoga was the most incredible Yoga I have experienced ! The Positions along with the breathing made me feel so empowered my body created this amazing natural inner energy and i can physically feel its warmth. I think of Yoga as a very Spiritual and Healing practice and I am very grateful in the way you present and view Yoga. Thank you for the Videos! Keep it up!!

  8. This was super! To be honest, I tried your yoga videos a couple of years ago and didn't connect as much as I had hoped to – but this time when I came back, it was really great and I look forward to trying out many more of your videos!! Thank you for such an insightful and challenging practice:D

  9. It's taken me a while to catch up with this one but so glad I waited for the break from work. In West Wales with the wild wind howling outside the camping 'pod'. Just the best setting for a challenging but invigorating practice. As ever, thank you so much for sharing. ?

  10. I had a moment during frog pose at the end where I noticed the most beautiful and powerful heat radiating from the centre of my belly. Such an incredible experience on the mat. This is why I love yoga and this community so much!

  11. This is amazing. I typed in 'yoga' this was the first result. So happy the universe works that way. I will definitely be back.

Also you had me laughing with the kendrik 'yea yea' thing you did. LOL

  12. Did this practice over again today. My eagle flew a little bit. I made it a little longer in pigeon, and a little farther in crow before going into Savabakasana (dead crow pose). Really aware now how much I want comfort and instant gratification!

  13. Hey Adriene, just wanted to say that this has been by far one of my top favorite videos! The way you went about centering us back to our breath and really helping us fall into a moving meditation was fantastic in this series. Thanks!
