  1. Nice class, but one to skip if you have knee issues as there were not many options for adaptations. I have terrible knees but have managed to adapt all the other classes in this series so far.

  2. why do you say "left/right foot back" when it's moving to the front between the arms? you seem to use the word "back" interchangeably and is extremely confusing (See at 11:1711:21) i dont watch the videos i only listen to instructions and i find in general your instructions are really confusing and also frequently the right/left is switched. i really appreciate your lesson plans but wish there was more attention to detail. especially since it seems you are doing voice overs and not recording the guided portion with the movement. thank you for listening.

  3. This is my new favorite video!! I tend to find one and stick with it for a few weeks until I can master most moves and some of the hard ones. This one will be a challenge, but looking forward to it!! <3 <3

  4. I'm doing it now for the second time and I have to say that I love your videos so much.. Some poses are still not so easy, but I can see such a difference already to the first time, thank you so much, your videos help me a lot to relax and calm down!!

I have thoroughly been enjoying all of these in your 90 day.  Thank you so much for this.  I had to have surgery a few months back, I used to workout pretty hardcore, but now I can't do as intense workouts as I used to.  I was wondering if yoga is all you do for a "workout."  You are so fit!!!

Hello Lesley!! i started doing yoga 90 days challenge on august 2015 and kept going everyday till june 25th 2016 then somwhow things changed and i was only able to do it once in a week and then twice and so on… then on december 2016 i started doing it gain properly and so far ive been stuck on day 12… like… i just found out its really working well for my sciatica injury……… thank you very mıuch! if there is any other practices that can heal sciatica in such way, i would love to know them

  7. I will feel like a real yoga master when I can finally forward fold with straight legs, but when I am able to do the scissors pose I will feel like a yoga god! Thank you so much for the 90 day yoga fix. I love doing them each day!

  8. I loved this. I was smiling while doing the hard poses. I also started timelapse so I can track my progress. My muscles aren't sore anymore. I feel so strong inside. Plus, my legs seem more flexible. Some poses that I can't do before, I can do them now and with a bit of ease. Like 3 legged dog. But my shoulder and arms need work. I can't do the crow pose. Namaste. Thank you for the beautiful practice.

  9. Thanks for the practice! I liked the mix of movements (There was only two advanced I could not do). I also liked the end when you reminded us of thinking of good moments in life and to have good intentions. 🙂 In a stressy life it is easy to drive your focus away from those things.

  11. Thanks for this one! I can't do the crow pose yet or the split pose in the air, and I think they went too fast for me. But maybe I will work on them individually and keep on going with the flows, working on those in my free time. I might not be able to manage it yet, but I'll work on it!
