  1. I love your classes! You always remind me to slow down & enjoy yoga. Love the longer videos. This class was challenging but just when it gets tough u slow down & give us a break. Has taught me to have faith & stick with you! This is my favorite channel ☺

Practicing with you Kristina is just pure pleasure 🙂 It was my second trial to approach this sequence as for the first time I had to stop at transitions from low lunge to hamstring stretch 🙁 I felt dizzy due to all this ups and downs but it's because my maze is particularly vulnerable to such quick changes of my head positions. So at the beginning I was a bit intimidated but afterall I managed to go through this practice without any strange sensations 😉 And I can truly say that it was totally worth trying one more time :))))))

  3. I really love your classes they are very challenging fun and you make us feel like every pose is doable even if we r beginners. Ok now for the review. This practice is intermediate but don't let it fool you into thinking it's easy its not and yes you will sweat buckets and you will burn fat and you will feel like a new person after. All Kristina's practices at least the ones I've done so far and I've done most of them are all slow flows which I love and this also gives me time to really get into the pose and feel the benefits. I have only done each practice once as I always see new practices on this channel thst I just have to try putting the repeats on the back burner in other words I can't keep up lol but it's all good so thanks kristina and I hope u and ur baby stay healthy and happy. Here's to a great teacher.

  4. I like the great number and variety of the sequences you offer and, especially, the fact that many or most of them are much longer than 45-60 min. because they include extended warm-ups. I'm glad I've discovered your channel. Thank you very much for your work.
