  3. Ever since I was a kid (i'm 20 now), I've been unable to do leg lifts correctly because there is a sharp pain in my spine once I lift to a certain angle. If I continue to lift my legs pass that angle, everything is fine. The pain only appears at the one angle (and doesn't happen at all when I am lowering my legs back down.) The pain occurs in one isolated spot near my upper lumbar vertebrae and doesn't radiate anywhere. Any thoughts?

  4. As a sufferer from lower back pain really badly for the last two years I have finally started to feel a lot relief after doing Jens back stretches for lower back pain. So now I wanted to start working on strengthening my core but this video puts far too much pressure on my lower back for now. Can you recommend any other videos that will support my back a little more while I am working to strengthen core and stretch out my back? Hopefully in time I will get to do this one without feeling it in my back!
