Another lovely practice, Helen! I actually had some comments on some of the other new videos you uploaded lately, but when I realized that in the middle of the class I was making mental notes about what I had to share, I decided to forget about commenting and just do yoga! One of my comments may have been that I always have trouble pressing into the tops of my feet; I can support myself on them but it doesn't really feel active. An interesting thing with todays flow was the blocks – I have the egg blocks and your transitions from lunges to straight legs with the blocks is one of the only places I have felt that the rolling action of the eggs was an improvement on the standard rectangular prism. And since you're taking requests (I may have requested this before), how about one on your back where we can double check triangle, half-moon, etc. are all perfectly aligned?
