  1. This is seriously my new favorite app. It actually helps to get a pop-up that tells me to drink water and BREATHE! I know it's crazy that we've come to a point with our technology that we rely on apps to keep us healthy but, hey, it works! I look at my phone all day long (sad but true) and can't miss the cues! Thank you Lesley!!!

  2. I use  YouTube, mainly for workouts instructions and waching documentary movies. My mobile phone doesn't have internet (my company phone has it but I don't use it and after work it is turn off). I don't have account on Facebook, Instagram, etc. I am not checkking my phone / internet every  minute. I don't use any app.  In my free time I am speaking with people (instead sending messages), reading books, doing workouts, learing . And I am happy person.

  3. thanks for sharing! When I read this on the link "incubated in Duke's Behavioral Economics Lab" I thought it meant it was your husband Duke, and he was calling his business a Lab to be clever. LOL
